Axis 360 is a collection of eBooks available to download to your smart phone, tablet (iPad, kindle, Nook, desktop, laptop, or Nook.

Global Road Warrior

An e-content database including more than 8 million words of editorial, over 6,500 color photos and 1,575 country maps, all presented in a consistent 92-category framework for each country.  Created by an international team of researchers, cartographers and writers, the database is continually updated. 

Learning Express Library

Learning Express Library features nearly 1,000 online tutorials, practice tests, and eBooks to help patrons of all ages. It offers job search and workplace skills improvement, skill building in reading, writing, math, and basic science, career certification and licensure exam prep, college and grad school entrance test prep, GED® test prep, and more.


OneClickdigital is an online service that allows patrons to check out eAudiobooks and eBooks, including best-sellers, Recorded Books exclusives, classics, selections for children and young adults, and much more. OneClickdigital is compatible with all popular listening devices, and mobile apps are available for the iPhone®, Android™, and Kindle Fire. OneClickdigital features an easy-to-use interface with streamlined navigation, fast downloads, and automatic software updates.

TexShare Databases

The TexShare Database Program provides a wealth of electronic database resources to over 700 public, academic, and libraries of clinical medicine throughout the state at a significant cost savings. These electronic databases are powerful research tools available 24 hours a day in the homes or offices of registered patrons of participating Texas libraries. They provide full-text articles from journals, newspapers, magazines, and many other sources.

Texas Workforce Development in Libraries Project, better known as TWDL (pronounced "twiddle").  We assist library staff, management and volunteers gather job training resources for Texans. These resources will help Texans elevate their standard of living through education and employment.


Zinio provides unlimited simultaneous access to complete digital magazines, which can easily be viewed on any Internet-enabled device inside or outside of the library. Zinio’s unique technology digitally recreates a magazine page for page, including full color pictures, intuitive navigation, key word article search and interactive elements such as audio and video.
