Get a Library Card

Library cards are free for all Andrews County residents.  Individuals living outside the county are welcome to use the library materials in the library or apply for a TexShare card through their local library. 

Apply in person at the library. You will just need your Driver's License or proof of address.

Cardholder is responsible for all materials checked out to their card, agrees to pay overdue, lost, or damaged fees, and will give immediate notice of lost card or change of address.

New library cards will be mailed to the patron in order to verify the mailing address provided and to ensure the information has been entered correctly in the computer.  Patrons may replace lost library cards for a fee of $5.
